Living room is spacious with two east facing windows. There is a smaller bedroom facing east as well. The kitchen is spacious and room for a nice kitchen dining table. The middle room does not have any windows but is great for a storage room and or an office. The bedroom facing the rear of the building and has western exposure. There are two nice sized closets in this room.
Neighborhood and eats and coffee shops:
Franklin Ave is one of Crown Heights hotspots for all your needs. There are two great markets close by. Gala Fresh is just around the corner, and a couple of laundromats are nearby. If you like to work from a coffee shop, there are 3 great ones: Black Milk Coffee, Coffee Land, and Crown Heights Cafe. For dinner, there are plenty of great restaurants: Mayfield for oysters, Chavelas, Diwan Grill, Silver Rice Sushi, Cent Anni, and Barboncino brick oven Pizza.
Transportation:
There are tons of trains close by. The S ( Shuttle train) at Park Place heads towards the C train at Franklin Ave and Q/B trains at Prospect Park. In addition, the 2/3 and 4/5 trains stop at Franklin Ave, a quick 35-45 min into Manhattan.
