Raised on both coasts in NYC and the San Francisco Bay Area, Desmond has called Manhattan his full-time home for over 12 years. He has lived in various neighborhoods, residing in Chelsea since 2013. His specialty area in real estate is mainly downtown between 34th Street and Canal, but any neighborhood is fair game if you need to venture beyond. Passionate about real estate, Desmond considers himself a workaholic; but to him, it doesn’t seem like work at all. Prior to real estate, Desmond spent five years assisting the national director of marketing at major companies like Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group.
