Description

Did you miss out on a 49 Willow Street this week?

If so, I've just listed 2G which is my last one for 11/1 occupancy.

If you have already visited the building, then chances are you have seen the stark difference in how 49 Willow Street is run, managed and cared for. The owner's standards on how they treat their tenants are so high.

My clients and their dream team of the best supers, contractors and live in caretaker care deeply about the building and it shows.

This makes my job of keeping the 44 units fully-occupied super easy!

What's the difference here?

- a licensed contractor, i.e. expert on heating, plumbing and electrical on retainer
- a live in super who ensures that the building is pristine inside and out 24/7
- a system that ensures move in day is a pleasure - no surprises! Expect a full repaint and fresh professional grade cleaning and move right in!
- landlords who are highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with
- Exclusive broker for over 20 years with a long history of happy tenants

If you've lived here, you already know these are the most professional landlords in the rental business.
Their motto: "We give a little more than we have to and charge a little less than we can. People appreciate this and stick with us." and it's true. Listing courtesy of Corcoran Group ...
