THE LOCATION: Is outstanding in our opinion, if you enjoy walking through the heart of Greenpoint. The Greenpoint G Train is just a few hundred feet away, and Franklin avenue is barely 20 seconds away from the front door. Many consider Franklin Avenue to be one of the nicest streets to frequent as it is the home to many quality restaurants and unique clothing stores.
