With treetop views, high ceilings, Daikin split-system AC, a large windowed kitchen and washer/dryer, this gracious apartment combines classic prewar character with thoughtful modern updates for everyday living.

The expansive 23’x14’ living room is anchored by four large north-facing windows overlooking the trees on 94th St. Elegant new herringbone wood floors, 9’2”ceilings, classic moldings and a substantial separate dining area add to the allure of this great space. A large windowed kitchen offers abundant storage and counter space and has the unusual benefit of a little herb garden area accessible via the window. Other features include attractive wood cabinetry, an extra-wide Frigidaire stainless steel refrigerator and freezer, KitchenAid dishwasher, vented Samsung oven and range, a deep sink, recessed lighting, and a full size Samsung washer & dryer.

Tucked away at the end of the bedroom hallway is the primary, with two large closets, a recently renovated ensuite bath and charming views of Pomander Walk. The 2nd bedroom has close proximity to the renovated, windowed hall bath and also looks at Pomander Walk.

Built in 1925, The Stanton is a premier, 24 hour doorman prewar co-op offering a wealth of amenities including a pristine deck and landscaped roof with panoramic city views, fitness center, live-in resident manager, bike room, central laundry & storage.
