Description

First offering since being fully renovated, this stunning 3-4 bedroom duplex penthouse offers not only a sun flooded chef's eat-in kitchen but also the most lush terrace extraordinaire which many would say is the star (among several) of the show! A rare private outdoor retreat uniquely offers a graceful extension of the home’s living and entertaining spaces. For the aspiring gardener, it is a rare opportunity to cultivate a lush urban oasis filled with vibrant plantings, seasonal blooms, and abundant greenery (complemented of course by an irrigation system and thoughtfully positioned lighting). Perfect for elegant al fresco dinners, leisurely mornings with coffee, or intimate evenings entertaining beneath the stars, the terrace provides an exceptional setting to create a private outdoor sanctuary unlike any other.

Located within a distinguished full service cooperative, this home enjoys a wood burning fireplace in the living room, 3 zone split air-conditioning, Verizon Fios fiber optic service including CAT-6 ethernet connection, and the ever important full sized washer and vented dryer (located in the kitchen)!

A chef’s dream, the windowed eat-in-kitchen with new marble countertops and abundant storage has top-of-the-line appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, full-sized wine refrigerator, two Gaggenau convection ovens and Bosch dishwasher.

The thoughtfully designed bedroom wing offers a wonderful sense of privacy and separation from the main entertaining spaces. The primary bedroom is in itself a serene retreat, distinguished by both eastern and western exposures that fill the space with natural light throughout the day. Its gracious scale, dual exposures, and quiet positioning create an exceptionally comfortable and peaceful setting. The ensuite spa-like windowed bathroom provides privacy and luxury.

Two well proportioned and equally sized secondary bedrooms are both brightly lit, one with eastern exposures welcoming beautiful morning light, and the other facing west with lovely afternoon and evening sun. Both share a perfectly positioned fully renovated windowed full bathroom.

Ascend to the second level of the home to a beautifully appointed media room, offering a comfortable and inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. A full appointed bathroom on this level with stunning and meticulously preserved Delft tiles offers an additional layer of beauty, convenience and functionality.
