Description

Welcome to Residence 12K at The John Adams, a bright, vibrant one-bedroom high above Greenwich Village with open eastern views, incredible natural light, and a sense of space that stands out immediately.

Perched on the 12th floor, the apartment feels open and airy from the moment you enter. The eastern exposure brings in beautiful morning light, while the wide-open city views give the home a distinctly New York energy. It is the kind of apartment that feels good at every hour of the day.

The oversized living room is one of the real highlights. There is plenty of room to create separate living, dining, and work-from-home areas without sacrificing flow, making the space equally comfortable for a quiet night at home or entertaining friends.

The bedroom is generously proportioned and easily accommodates a king-sized bed, with a large, deep closet for additional storage. Closet space is abundant throughout the apartment, something you can never have enough of in New York.

The updated kitchen features full-size appliances, including a Liebherr refrigerator, along with ample cabinetry and storage.

The John Adams puts you right in the heart of Greenwich Village, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, cafés, shopping, nightlife, and neighborhood energy in New York City.

The John Adams is a full-service co-op with a 24-hour doorman, live-in superintendent, landscaped roof deck with incredible city views, central laundry room, bike storage, and an on-site garage.

Building policies: No co-purchasing, guarantors, or parents buying for children. Subletting is permitted two out of every five years. Pieds-à-terre and gifting are allowed.

Bright, spacious, and surrounded by views, Residence 12K is a chance to live above it all while still being right in the middle of everything that makes Greenwich Village special. Listing courtesy of Compass ...
